Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For products with size. We refuse to return the products if ordered the wrong size. Please check the size before ordering.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@kinwesse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you have sent the item, Please send us the tracking codes label. You can always contact us for any return questions at - support@kinwesse.com - this is available 24/7. We generally reply to your messages within 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Refunds
We can not issue a cancellation or refund once your order has been shipped and is already in transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to 80/60 Hwy Chiang Mai-Lampang Frontage Rd. Chang Phueak, Amphoe Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand    (**Don't return to this address arbitrarily. Please contact support first.)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipment processing time

Handling time: 2-5 business days.
All orders are processed within 8-22 business days for the US and Worldwide 14-30 Days.

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 3-7 business days.

Ownership of packages turned over to our carriers, UPS and USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from carriers along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by carriers.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. All purchases are shipped by UPS / USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH UPS / USPS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF THE SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again we are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the carriers (UPS / USPS) lose the package.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for the wrong address on your part.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).

ORDER IS IN TRANSIT:
We cannot issue a refund once your order has been shipped and is already in transit.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS:
In the event a customer's tracking number states delivery was made to the customer's address, We do not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms the delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (USPS or UPS) for assistance.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES INFORMATION:
Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in the refund.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

SECURITY CONFIRMATION:
Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.

The billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider

Shipping address is different from the billing address
Order total is greater than a designated value.
